Encourage all athletes, respect officials and opponents, and help foster an atmosphere where players feel confident to compete, learn, and enjoy the game. Coaches should be allowed to coach, and officials to officiate.

Communicate with Respect

Strong relationships are built through open, respectful, and constructive communication. Questions and concerns are best addressed privately and at an appropriate time, with the shared goal of supporting the athlete’s experience.
